A Light Jog « Thread Started on Jul 19, 2006, 12:58am »
I'm eager to get started RPing, so anyone could join this thread. There isn't a clear storyline yet, because I'm waiting for someone else to enter, but I'll figure it out as I go along.

The sound of a coke can clicking open echoed throughout the halls, and Sydney brought the cool can to her lips, finding relief in it’s sweet taste.
Work had been rough. Not that there were days when it didn’t test every patient bone in her body. But this particular day …
The day seemed to have started out like any other day. They had a life-threatening mission, which, required both her and Dixon to go in and retrieve data, meanwhile Marshall and the others monitored their actions, and then it was back to APO Headquarters. But, for some reason, Sloane seemed more pleased when he received this particular data. The devil smiled at her and thanked her for succeeding in their mission. Sydney jumped right then, and when Sloane asked her what had just happened, she was obligated to answer. The baby’s first kick. Sloane gave her as warm a smile as he could muster, and placed an eager hand on her belly. Sydney wanted to knock the bastard’s teeth in. She wanted to, but she didn’t. Instead, she flashed him a fake smile and left the office, in need of a long hot shower.
Now, Sydney put the coke can down, having downed the whole can. She knew she’d be regretting all that sugar later when the baby starting kicking away, but at the moment she wanted to feed into the addiction.
Looking outside, Sydney could see the sun slowly set into the mountains. She decided to go for a light jog.

Violet eyes peered deeply from under jet black hair, her black lips curled into a small smile as she watched everyone go about their business. Music was blasted from a car neaby, Evanescence screamed from within the Jaguar, the speakers bounced from the bass of the music. L.A at its finest.
When someone jogged past her, Raynes eyes grew wide. She pulled out an old picture she knew who this woman was. "Sydney. I have found you at last"

Sydney kept a steady pace as she continued her jog. After a while, she stopped, taking a moment to catch her breath. She put a protective hand over her stomach and smiled. Sydney found it harder to do her daily rituals, such as jogging, because the pregnancy was taking so much out of her. Of course she'd never own up it.

He scanned the immediate area, looking strangely dodgy with his dark glasses and long coat. Still, he'd rather look dodgy in a long coat than look dodgy with two exposed handguns.
There she was. His target. She stopped a short way away with her back to him. He walked over as silent as he could and tapped her on the shoulder.
"Ms. Bristow, there's been an incident. Please come with me"
